Does anyone have a good lasagna recipe?

I have a lot of lasagna recipes, but I want a recipe that's authentic italian and from scratch; not jar sauce.Does anyone have a good lasagna recipe?
Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna


This is my great grandmothers mothers recipe from Old northern Italy. It has been in my family for over 120 years now I give it to you. My family was in the mob forever and have there own Italian resturaunt now in NYC.





Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna


1 (8 ounce) package lasagna noodles


3 cups heavy cream


2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup


1 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/4 cup butter


1 tablespoon olive oil


1/2 large onion, diced


4 cloves garlic, sliced


5 mushrooms, diced


1 roasted chicken, shredded


salt and ground black pepper to taste


1 cup ricotta cheese


1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed


3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain, and rinse with cold water.


In a saucepan over low heat, mix together heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Simmer, stirring frequently, until well blended.


Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the onion in olive oil until tender, then add garlic and mushrooms. Mix in the chicken, and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.


Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with enough of the cream sauce mixture to coat. Layer with 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/2 cup ricotta, 1/2 of the spinach, 1/2 the chicken mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella. Top with 1/2 the cream sauce mixture, and repeat the layers. Place the remaining noodles on top, and spread with remaining sauce.


Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until brown and bubbly. Top with the remaining mozzarella, and continue baking until cheese is melted and lightly browned.Does anyone have a good lasagna recipe?
Chicken Lasagna Recipe








Things You鈥檒l Need:





* 2lbs or about 4 chicken breasts cut into medium sized chunks


* 1 full yellow diced onion


* 1 jar of pasta sauce 16 鈥?20 oz, or your favorite tomato sauce or other lasagna sauce recipe


* minced garlic


* olive oil


* lasagna pasta approx 10-12 pieces


* 16 slices of kraft swiss cheese (the kind sold in individually wrapped squares)


* 12 ounces of mozzarella cheese


* 1 tablespoon of table salt


* 2 tablespoons of garlic salt


* 1 cup of water


* 9 inch by 13 inch lasagna glass dish


* Note that most of the ingredient amounts can be varied according to your personal tastes.





# COOKING THE INGREDIENTS TO THE LASAGNA Saut茅 the onion, garlic, and olive oil in a deep pot until the onion is golden color.





# Add the chicken, 1 tablespoon of table salt, and 2 tablespoons of garlic salt to the pot and cook on medium flame until the outside of the chicken is cooked white. Stirring regularly.





# Add the pasta sauce and 1 cup of water and cook on medium flame until sauce is thick and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add small amounts of water if needed, but be careful not to thin the sauce too much!





# Take the chicken chunks out of the sauce and use 2 forks to shred the cooked chicken. Place the shredded chicken back in the pot and mix it with the sauce.





# Boil the pasta for approximately 20-30 minutes until cooked, strain and add 1/4 cup of olive oil to reduce the stickiness of the pasta. Then, let cool for 5 minutes or until safe to touch.





# SETTING UP THE LASAGNA Start by placing one layer of pasta in the lasagna dish.





# Add 1/3 of the chicken and sauce mix on top and spread it around to meet the edges of the lasagna dish.





# Add a layer of 8 slices of Kraft Swiss cheese. *It is rather important to use the Kraft Swiss because of it's creamy consistency after the cheese is melted.





# Repeat steps 1-3 two more times but on the 3rd time instead of adding 8 slices of Kraft Swiss cheese, add the shredded mozzarella cheese instead, covering the lasagna.





# BAKE THE LASAGNA TO THE OVEN AT 350F FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND TURING GOLD. Let your chicken lasagna cool for 10 minutes and serve! Serves 6-8.
Lasagne Pasta





Ingredients for 4 people:


Lasagne 10


15 ounces rag霉


28 ounces whole milk


2 ounces butter


2 ounces Parmesan


2 ounces wheat flour


Salt to taste


For the bechamel, melt in a skillet the butter, add the flour and then pour the milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Season with salt and then bring to boil. Let cook for only a couple of minutes. Grease a baking pan with a little of butter and pour on the bottom a first layer of rag霉 and sauce, after that put a layer of lasagne and then again one with rag霉 and bechamel. Continue to alternate layers until the lasagne are finished leaving on top a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan(Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and cook in the oven 220掳C for about twenty minutes. Let it rest for some minutes.
first you have to find a good spaghetti sauce recipe. and use fresh cheeses that helps a lot.
