Whats a quick, easy lasagna recipe?

I told my girlfriend I'd have some ready by the time she gets off of work tonight. Thats in about 3 1/2 hours. Whats a quick, easy, lasagna recipe that I can make, one that takes not so much skill? And maybe what other drinks and desserts can complement it?Whats a quick, easy lasagna recipe?

Easy Lasagna





INGREDIENTS


1 pound lean ground beef


1 onion, chopped


1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained


1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce


1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese


1 pint part-skim ricotta cheese


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


2 eggs


1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles


8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese





DIRECTIONS


In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Add mushrooms and onions; saute until onions are transparent. Stir in pasta sauce, and heat through.


In a medium size bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs.


Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella. Cover pan with aluminum foil.


Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, and top with remaining half cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.





Easy Lasagna II





INGREDIENTS


1 pound lean ground beef


1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce


32 ounces cottage cheese


3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


2 eggs


1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


2 teaspoons dried parsley


salt to taste


ground black pepper to taste


9 lasagna noodles


1/2 cup water





DIRECTIONS


In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.


In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt and ground black pepper.


To assemble, in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture. Cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 water to the edges of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil.


Bake in a preheated 350 degree F(175 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Whats a quick, easy lasagna recipe?
This is my recipe... I find it easy enough to put together without seeming like a cheap recipe.





1 box lasagna noodles (get the type that can cook in the oven, not that you have to boil - unless you want to boil them first, in which case, get regular noodles). You can get coloured noodles like green (spinach) to make it fancy


2 jars spaghetti sauce (your choice - I like tomato basil, but any kind will do. You may only need one jar but I need two for my lasagna)


1 tub ricotta or cottage cheese


1 bag shredded cheese (again, your choice - a mix is good)


1 package ground beef





Cook the beef in a skillet with a tbsp of oil. When it's cooked, add the spaghetti sauce and heat on medium-low until it's heated through (bubbling a bit).


Heat oven according to lasagna noodle package (some types of noodles take longer if you're cooking them in the oven).


Oil the bottom of the lasagna pan.


Add a layer of noodles to the bottom of the pan, spoon on some of the meat and sauce mix, and a few spoonfuls of ricotta or cottage cheese (you don't need to spread it - it will spread while it heats. Just spoon it on.)


Add more layers until the top of the pan, then finish with a layer of noodles and top with shredded cheese.





Some red wine (dry) would be delicious with your meal, or some iced tea or lemonade if you don't drink alcohol.





For desert - are you going to cook something? A scoop of vanilla icecream with a heated brownie and some chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and cherries would be delicious.


OR a chocolate fondue:


Cut up some fruit (bananas, strawberries, pears, tangerines, mango, cherries, raspberries).


On the stove, add a half cup of cream to a saucepan and heat on a low setting. Add some chocolate chips (a cut or two - depending on nhow much you want to make). Stir until it's melted. Put in a dish and dip the fruit into the chocolate.

Easy Lasagna





Ingredients


1 pkg Lasagna noodles


1 Medium jar of spaghetti sauce


1 bag Shredded mozarella cheese


1 bag Shredded Italian mix cheese


2 lbs Lean hamburger meat


Garlic Salt





Preparation


Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Brown the hamburger meat and a dash or two of garlic salt.


Preheat oven to 350.


Mix hamburger meat with spaghetti sauce and put thin layer on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Add layer of pasta noodles.


Add layer of spaghetti sauce mixture, mozarella, Italian mix, then noodles.


Repeat until dish is full. Ending with a thin layer of cheese.


Bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

they have a nice big pan, you just put it in the oven or microwave and its done. and its delicious!
Extra-Easy Lasagna





1 pound lean ground beef


4 cups tomato-basil pasta sauce


6 uncooked lasagna noodles


1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese


2 1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese


1/4 cup hot water





1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pasta sauce.





2. Spread one-third of meat sauce in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish; layer with 3 noodles and half each of ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. (The ricotta cheese layers will be thin.) Repeat procedure; spread remaining one-third of meat sauce over mozzarella cheese. Slowly pour 1/4 cup hot water around inside edge of dish. Tightly cover baking dish with 2 layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil.





3. Bake at 375*F for 45 minutes; uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
