Anyone have any good lasagna recipes?

A pretty easy one I use

2 boxes lasagna noodles

2 cans spaghetti sauce

1 lb ground beef

1 large jar ricotta cheese

1 large jar cottage cheese

1 pack mozzarella cheese

Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package except shorten cooking time about 3 mins

Drain and lay out on paper towel or cookie sheet.

Brown ground beef with some garlic.

put ground beef and 2 cans spaghetti sauce in mixing bowl use hand mixer (the kind to make milk shakes) and blend up so that ground beef is fine( not necessary, but I hate the chunks)

Mix cheeses and 2 eggs together (leave some moz for the top)

Layer noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce. (in baking dish obviously)

cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour

Remove foil layer top with rest of moz cheese, bake for another 15 mins and enjoy.Anyone have any good lasagna recipes?

Crock pot Lasagna

1 lb of lean ground turkey or 1 pk Boca Ground

1 onion chopped

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1-15oz cans tomato sauce

1-6 oz can tomato paste

1-1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. oregano

6 oz of fat-free cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 oz lasagna noodles - uncooked

8 oz shredded non-fat mozzarella cheese

1/2 28 oz jar Spaghetti sauce

Brown ground turkey and onions in a skillet. Add garlic powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and oregano. Cook long enough to get it warm.

In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Spoon a layer of meat sauce onto the bottom of the crock pot. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodle (break to fit) and top with cheese mixture (you may have to use a knife to spread it). Repeat layer

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

This will make 4 servings at 8 points per serving

This is a Weight Watcher recipe--you can use regular ground beef and cheeses if desired
I have a recipe that you will love that you don't even have to boil the noodles for. It's very flexible and easy.

1 28 ounce jar of spaghetti (pasta) sauce

6 UNCOOKED lasagna noodles

15 ounces of ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Spread approx 1 cup of pasta sauce in 2 quart shallow baking dish. (11x7) Top with 3 uncooked noodles, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with remainin 3 uncooked noodles and rest of pasta sauce. Cover. Bake @ 375 degrees Farenheit for 1 hour. Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.

I have also added cooked ground beef and mushrooms to this between the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. I also add extra parmesan cheese to the top. This recipe is very good and very easy. My hubby loves lasagna and wants me to make it for him all the time.
merican public are being led to believe that no-bake lasagna is great...don't believe it..The thickness of such products remind me of a bad idea shortcut gone wrong...stick with conventional regular boil and bake types and save the dissapointment. Weis market sells Dececco brand that is top shelf. Cheese filling.Hard to beat a container of small curd cottage cheese with a mix of mostly any cheeses added with one or two eggs and a teaspoon of dried italian spices.skip the traditional ricotta as it is bland , flavorless and pasty.dO ADD ROMANO OR ASIGO TO THE CHEESE MIX. STIRR AND USE IN STANDARD RECEIPE AND ENJOY THE TEXTURES AND FLAVORS
