I am looking for ground beef recipes and i am sick of seeing lasagna and taco as options?

I am sick of all the same dinner options i want something YUMMY but not hard to make, Im not into indian food and i dont want to see another lasagna or taco bake or meatloaf recipes i can come up with those on my own, I want something diffrent. You can also send me Chicken recipes if you wantI am looking for ground beef recipes and i am sick of seeing lasagna and taco as options?
Ground Beef Stroganoff





1 pound ground beef


1/2 cup chopped onion


1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained


1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


1/2 teaspoon mustard powder


1/2 cup sour cream


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1/2 cup beef broth


1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles





Break up ground meat into a large skillet, and add onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, and mustard powder. Cook and stir over medium heat until the meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat.


In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and beef broth. Stir into beef mixture, and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Do not stir too much.


Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain. Serve sauce over hot noodles.

Ground Beef Quiche





1/2 pound ground beef


1/2 cup chopped onion


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


1/4 teaspoon pepper


3 eggs


1/2 cup milk


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell





In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and mayonnaise, stir into meat mixture. Fold in cheeses. Pour into pastry shell. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting

Stuffed Cabbage





1 pound ground beef


1 pound ground pork


1 onion, chopped


1 teaspoon salt


black pepper to taste


1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley


1/2 cup cooked brown rice


1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt


2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup


27 ounces sauerkraut, drained


1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes


1 medium head cabbage


5 slices bacon


2 tablespoons white sugar


3 cups water





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a pot of water to a boil.


Mix beef and pork together. Stir in onion, cooked rice, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt and 1/2 can of tomato soup. Mix well.


Core head of cabbage, place in boiling water and boil until partly cooked. Separate leaves and trim stems. Reserve about 24 to 32 whole leaves. Cut remaining leaves and line the bottom of large roasting pan.


Lightly pack a small handful of the meat mixture and place in the center of a cabbage leaf. Fold top part of leaf over mixture, then fold in the sides and roll until mixture is completely encased. Lay rolls on top of torn cabbage leaves in pan. Place sauerkraut evenly over rolls. Lay bacon on top of sauerkraut. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix chopped tomatoes and soup with water and pour over rolls. Add additional water to reach top of cabbage rolls.


Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through.

Mom's Stuffed Peppers


2 lbs. Hamburger


1 onion, chopped


1 1/2 cups rice


2 eggs


4-6 medium sized bell peppers


1 large can tomato juice





Combine hamburger, onion, rice and eggs in a large bowl. Remove tops and insides from the peppers. Stuff peppers with hamburger mixture. Place in baking dish and pour tomato juice over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours.








Mom's American Goulash


1 lb. Hamburger


2 small cans tomato sauce


1 can diced tomatoes with juice


1 lb. Large elbow macaroni


2 tbsp. Butter


Salt and Pepper to taste





Brown hamburger until no longer pink, drain any grease. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Combine hamburger and macaroni in a large bowl or pot, add sauce, tomatoes with juice and butter. Allow to sit 15 minutes on warm so that macaroni absorbs some of the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.





Bubble Pizza


2 tubes Pillsbury canned biscuits


1 lb. hamburger, browned


1 jar pizza sauce


2 cups shredded cheese (your choice, I like 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup cheddar)


Favorite pizza toppings





Cut each biscuit into quarters, mix in a large bowl with hamburger, sauce and 1/2 the cheese and any additional toppings, pour into baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through. Top with remaining cheese and bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Shape into balls about 2 inches across and flatten a bit. Wrap bacon around them. Broil 6 inches from heat source 6 or 8 minutes to a side.





cheap mushroom sauce:


1 can cream mushroom soup


1/2 can milk


1 4-oz can drained mushroom pieces





stir together and heat in microwave just before the ';fillets'; are done.





Place about 1/4 cup sauce on plate set the fillet on top. Serve with tossed green salad and cherry tomatoes.

Pastrami Burgers





2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander


2 teaspoon(s) paprika

1 1/4 pound(s) ground beef chuck

1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat.


2. In cup, combine coriander, paprika, ginger, sugar, ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons black pepper.


3. Shape ground beef into four 1/2-inch-thick oval burgers. On waxed paper, pat spice mixture onto both sides of burgers.


4. Place burgers on hot grill rack; cook 8 to 9 minutes for medium or until desired doneness, turning burgers over once. Burgers should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.


5. Serve burgers on rye bread with mustard





Crockpot Beef Tamale Pie





Ingredients:


1 lb. lean ground beef


1 onion, chopped


2 cloves garlic, minced


15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained


10 oz. can enchilada sauce


6 oz. pkg. corn mufifn mix


1/3 cup milk


2 Tbsp. oil


1 egg


1 cup shredded Colby cheese


4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained


1/2 cup sour cream


1/2 cup salsa


1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Preparation:


In nonstick skillet, cook ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is cooked. Drain thoroughly and stir in drained kidney beans and enchilada sauce. Pour into 4-5 quart crockpot.


In large bowl, mix together corn muffin mix, milk, butter and egg just until combined. Then add cheese and chilies, including chili liquid. Spoon over beef in crockpot.





Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the corn bread mixture comes out clean. In small bowl combine sour cream, salsa, and cilantro; serve with pie. 4 servings





Bacon Chicken





Ingredients:


6 slices bacon


1 Tbsp. butter


1 Tbsp. olive oil


6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


1 onion, chopped


3 cloves garlic, minced


1/2 tsp. salt


1/8 tsp. pepper


1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Preparation:


Cook bacon in 12'; skillet until crisp, about 4-6 minutes. Crumble bacon and set aside. Pour bacon grease out of skillet, but don't wash or wipe it. Add butter and olive oil to skillet. Saute chicken breasts in this mixture over medium heat, turning once, until chicken is cooked and no longer pink in center. Place chicken in ungreased 12x8'; baking dish.


Cook onion and garlic in drippings remaining in skillet. Cook until onion is softened, then stir in salt, pepper, and cooked bacon. Spoon over chicken breasts and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 6
Mini Pot Pies:





½ pound lean ground beef


2 hard boiled eggs finely chopped


¼ cup sour cream


1 tbsp chopped parsley


1 tsp beef bullion


1-11 oz pkg pie crust mix-or one recipe pie crust





Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl mix all ingredients except pie crust. Prepare pie crust according to directions, divide dough in ½. On a floured surface roll out the pie crust into a 10x13 in rectangle- 1/8 in thick.





Cut into 20- 2 ½ in squares. Spoon one heaping tsp of the mix into the middle of each square; fold as desired and press the edges together. Use a tiny bit of water to seal the edges (a fork works well to seal the edges). Repeat with second ½ of the dough and place on a lightly greased baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake 12-15 minutes or until dough is lightly browned. Serve hot!

Cheeseburger Pie:





1-19 in unbaked pastry shell


8 slices American cheese


1 pound lean ground beef


½ cup tom sauce


1/3 cup green bell pepper-chopped


1 tsp beef bullion-or 1 beef bullion cube


3 eggs beaten


2 tbsp flour


Chopped tomatoes, onion, and shredded lettuce optional





Preheat oven to 425. Bake pastry shell for 8 minutes and remove from oven. Reduce tempt to 350.


Mean while cut slice slices of the cheese into pieces, set aside. Brown the beef and drain fat. Add tom sauce, green pepper, and onion add the bullion and stir until the bullion is dissolved.





Remove from heat and stir in the eggs, flour, and small cheese pieces. Pour into the pastry shell and bake 20-25 minutes or until hot. Arrange remaining 2 slices of cheese on the top of the cheese on top and return to oven for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.





Garnish with onions, tomatoes, and lettuce if desired.

Ground Beef Stroganoff:





1 ½ pds burger


1 small onion chopped


1 envelope Lipton Beefy Mushroom Recipe soup mix


2 tbsp flour


2 cups water


½ cup sour cream


Hot cooked noodles





Cook and stir ground beef with onion in a large skillet over medium hi heat until onion is tender. Stir in soup mix, flour and water. Bring to a boil over hi heat, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min. Stir in sour cream until heated thru.

Easy Beef Tortilla Pizzas:





1 pound burger


1 onion chopped


1 tsp dried oregano crushed


1 tsp salt


4 large (10 inch) tortillas


4 tsp olive oil


1 medium chopped tomato, seeded

Preheat oven to 400.





Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat just until beef is done. Pour of drippings and add oregano and salt stir well. Place tortillas on baking sheets and lightly brush each tortilla with oil. Bake for 3 minutes. Spread beef mix evenly over each tortilla and add desired topping Bake for another 12-15 minutes re-arranging baking sheets ½ way thru baking time.





Greek Topping:





1 tsp dried basil crushed


½ tsp lemon pepper


4 oz crumbled feta cheese


¼ cup grated parmesan





Sprinkle over “pizzas”

Meat Filled Oriental Pancakes:





6 oriental pancakes (recipe to follow)


1 tbsp cornstarch


3 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp dry sherry


¾ pound burger


½ pound ground pork-or turkey


2/3 cup chopped whole green onions


1 tsp chopped fresh ginger root


1 clove garlic pressed





Prepare oriental pancakes-below. Combine cornstarch soy sauce and cherry in a large bowl. Add beef, pork, green onions, ginger and garlic thoroughly combine Spread ½ cup meat mix evenly over each pancake, leave about ½ inch border on one side. Starting at opposite end roll the pancake jelly roll style. Place each roll seam side down in a single layer on a heat safe plate. Place plate on steamer rack, place rack in a large pot or wok of boiling water and steam for 15 minutes. (for best results steam all rolls at the same time) Just before serving cut each roll on the diagonal into 4 pieces.








Oriental Pancakes:





Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl with wire whisk.


Combine:


½ cup water


3 tbsp cornstarch


2 tsp soy sauce


½ tsp sugar





Pour into eggs and mix well. Heat an 8 in skillet or crepe pan, brush pan with a little veggie oil. Turn heat to low, beat egg mix one more time and pour in ¼ cup full of the mix, tilt and roll the pan to form a round thin pancake. Cook about 1- 1 ½ minutes, or until firm. Carefully lift with a spatula and put on a sheet of wax paper. Continue with remaining with remaining batter brush skillet with oil between each crepe.

Beef and Mushroom Filled Pastry:





½ pound extra lean burger


1 small onion chopped


1 garlic clove minced


½ tsp dried thyme crushed


Salt and pepper


¼ cup butter


¾ cup water


¾ cup flour


½ tsp salt


3 eggs


¾ cup (3oz) shredded mozzarella





Pre heat oven to 350.





Brown beef in medium skillet, drain and add mushrooms, onions, garlic, and thyme. Cook until veggies are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.





Bring butter and water to a boil in a heavy medium sized pan. Add flour and ½ tsp flour, all at once and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth and form one large bowl. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.





Spread dough thinly dough onto bottom and sides of a greased 10 in round baking dish. Fill with burger mix. Bake for 25 min or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
