I don't haveany recipes for bacon lasagne. I'm a little obsessed with bacon, so here are some ways I use it:

Bacon Bowls:

- Invert a muffin pan (or you can use a small oven-proof casserole or souffle dish)

- Place pieces of bacon over the dish or muffin pan, overlapping the strips of bacon

- Bacon at 350 degrees, till the bacon is crisp.

- Cool completely and fill with eggs, salad, veggies, or even more bacon!

Asparagus or green beans-

-Steam asparagus or fresh green beans.

- Meanwhile, cut a few strips of bacon into small pieces and mince some onion

- Fry the bacon in a skillet till it's crispy, then add onions and cook till they are translucent. Add the steamed asparagus or green beans and stir to coat the veggies with the bacon/onion mixture.

Bacon Bread-

1 1/2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed

1 lb. bacon

1 medium onion

1 medium green bell pepper

1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- Fry the bacon up till crispy, drain the fat off, reserving about 2TBS of the bacon fat. CXrumble the bacon and set aside.

- Chop up the onion and green pepper and saute in the reserved bacon fat till tender, set aside

- Cut the thawed bread dough into 1 1/2- 2'; pieces.

- Combine the bacon, onions, peppers and bread dough pieces in a large bowl. Stir in the shredded cheese.

- Place mixture in a lightly greased 10'; bundt cake pan.

- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bread is cooked through.A recipes for bacon lasagna?
Lol! I think that bacon is a wonderful addition to most food items, in spite of the fact that its high in fat and calories! here are my recipes:

1. Jennys Meatloaf Madness: 2 lbs lean ground beef; 2 eggs; 3 T worcestershire sauce; 1 yellow onion, chopped; 1 T kosher salt; 1 tsp fresh ground pepper; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs; 1 15 oz can diced tomatos; 1 T dijon mustard; 3 T brown sugar; 5 slices platter bacon. Mix beef with eggs, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and bread crumbs. In saute pan, cook chopped bacon with onion until translucent and cooked thru. Add diced tomatos and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced and slightly thickened. Pour half of the mixture in the meat mixture and blend well. Form into a loaf and place in baking pan. To remaining tomato mixture, add mustard and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce. Pour over meat loaf, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

2. Yummy baby lettuce salad: 1 container organic baby lettuces; 3 slices platter bacon, chopped and sauteed; 1 can mandarin oranges, drained; 1/2 cup chopped candied walnuts; 2-4 oz crumbled feta cheese, 1/2-3/4 cup French dressing. Mix the above together and serve immediately.

3. Bacon Cream Cheese Pinwheels: 5 slices platter bacon, chopped and sauteed; 1 8 oz container cream cheese, softened; 3 T chopped green onion, 1/3 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix; 1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls. Remove rolls from container and seal edges together. Roll to form a rectangle. Mix cream cheese with bacon, green onion, soup mix. Spread on rectangle and roll up horizontally to form a ';jelly roll';. Score in 8-10 places and place, seam side down, on prepared baking dish. Bake until puffed and golden. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before cutting. Slice and serve.
